Die Abendveranstaltung findet in der VIP-Lounge des Tivoli-Stadions, Krefelder Straße 205, 52070 Aachen statt. Der Eingang zum VIP-Bereich befindet sich ebenso wie die Zufahrt zum Parkhaus von der Krefelder Straße aus gesehen hinter dem Stadion. Ab 18:45 Uhr stehen Shuttlebusse am Veranstaltungsort bereit, um Sie zum Tivoli zu fahren. Die feierliche Verleihung der Posterpreise für die drei besten wissenschaftlichen Poster findet im Rahmen der Abendveranstaltung um 21:00 Uhr statt. Ab 22 Uhr fahren Shuttle-Busse zum Eurogress zurück.

Der Posterpreis ist eines der traditionellen Highlights der Batterietagung. Er wird alljährlich vom Haus der Technik für die drei besten wissenschaftlichen Poster gestiftet.
