Dr. Matthias Dürr

Matthias DuerrMatthias Dürr studied energy and process engineering at the Technical University Berlin. He received a PhD in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow, Scotland in 2007. He worked as Research Fellow on a variety of projects in the area of fuel cell and battery systems for stationary and automotive applications and has an extended knowledge of energy systems as of battery and fuel cell modelling. He was lead engineer for Rolls-Royce Fuel Cell Systems Ldt. in Derby, England before joining 2010 the Research Centre Jülich. He is currently departmental head of Electromobility at the Project Management ETN in Jülich and head of ElectroMobility NRW.
